The MBSE CTMS is developed by the Mizoram Board of School Education (MBSE) and is intended only for use by superintendents assigned to official examination centres. The app is used to record attendance of Class 10, Class 12, and DIET students during examinations.

What We Collect

• Superintendent's name and mobile number
• Centre and login details
• Attendance data for students (entered by superintendents)
• Device information such as model, OS, IP address

Why We Collect It

The information is collected to:

• Ensure accurate and verifiable exam attendance records
• Maintain accountability of superintendents
• Generate official reports for MBSE
• Ensure smooth and secure exam administration

Who Can Access the Data

Only authorized MBSE officials have access to the data. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties.

Data Security

All data is protected with encryption and stored on secure servers. Superintendents are expected to keep their login credentials confidential to help maintain data security.

Data Retention

Attendance data will be retained as per official MBSE policy and applicable educational regulations.

Children's Privacy

The app is not used by students. It does not collect personal data directly from children. All entries are made by superintendents on behalf of the board.
